Process Overview

The CNC lathe is a high-rigidity, high-precision turret-type machine capable of processing discs, sleeves, and shaft parts. It can perform turning, drilling, facing, threading, cutting off, and tapping operations. With a single workpiece setup, multiple processes such as milling, drilling, boring, and tapping can be automatically completed while ensuring dimensional and positional accuracy of the parts.

This equipment is mainly used by our company for machining LED automotive headlight heat sinks and PAR lamp series products.
