1. Fully Automatic Argon Arc Welding:

Our company imports specialized welding equipment for aluminum profiles from India. For products with higher requirements, we can independently develop welding fixtures to ensure welding quality and aesthetics. After welding, the workpieces undergo automatic polishing and brushing, followed by surface treatment.

2. Horizontal Drilling Machine:

The horizontal drilling machine compensates for the limitations of vertical drilling machines, especially when processing end-face holes of aluminum profiles, allowing milling, drilling, and boring operations.

3. Punching Press

6T–300T, which, with the use of tooling molds, can produce high-precision products while significantly improving production efficiency.

4. WEGOMR Dual-Head Cutting

The machine is entirely European-made, and the control system adopts a fully closed-loop design unprecedented in domestic saws, maximizing repeat cutting precision. Imported servo motors drive the reducer to achieve cutting angles of 45°, 90°, and 145° arbitrarily. The moving saw head is driven synchronously by imported servo motors, with fast movement, fully closed-loop control, and high length accuracy. Japanese blades are used to ensure burr-free cutting, making it especially suitable for aluminum products with high jointing requirements.
