Sandblasting/Shot Blasting Machine

Our company uses an environmentally friendly new-type hook-shot blasting machine with a double-hook design. The double-hook shot blasting machine alternately loads workpieces into the blasting chamber using two hooks. The shot blaster propels 0.2–2.0 mm shot onto the surface of the workpiece, achieving a certain surface roughness, enhancing appearance, or altering residual stress to improve lifespan. It is widely used for surface cleaning or strengthening of small and medium-sized castings and forgings, aluminum and copper parts, riveted and welded parts, lighting housings, etc., in industries such as automotive, lighting, casting, construction, chemical, motors, and machine tools. It is also suitable for cleaning long, thin, or thin-walled parts that should not be collided. This equipment is equipped with 8 blasting heads and has a maximum load capacity of 10,000 kg.
