2. Aging and insulation of aluminum profiles: The aging process must strictly follow the specified procedures. The insulation time should be appropriately set to avoid insufficient or excessive aging, which could result in insufficient hardness. 

3. The aluminum extrusion frames should not be too dense. There should be gaps between the materials, especially for small and thick materials that are not breathable. Placing the pipes at the bottom is beneficial for the aging cycle and air circulation. 
4. Before the aluminum profiles are put into the furnace, other special alloys (such as 6xxx) and the ordinary 6063 alloy should be aged separately. When it is necessary to age them in the same furnace due to production reasons, the special alloy process should be adopted for the aging. 
The hardness of the extruded aluminum profiles before heat treatment is low and they cannot be used as finished products. Therefore, in general, they must undergo heat treatment to increase their strength. Generally speaking, aging can be divided into natural aging and artificial aging.
