2. The Relationship Between Temperature Control and Increase in Yield 
Normally, without unplanned downtime, the maximum output mainly depends on the extrusion speed. The extrusion speed is influenced by four factors, among which three are fixed and one is variable. The primary factor is the extrusion force of the aluminum profile extruder. 
When the casting temperature is low, a greater extrusion force can be successfully generated. The second factor is the design of the mold. The friction between the metal and the mold wall during the extrusion process usually causes the temperature of the passing aluminum alloy to increase by 35 to 62 degrees Celsius. The third factor is the characteristics of the extruded alloy, which is an uncontrollable factor that limits the extrusion speed. 
The general extrusion material temperature should not exceed 540 degrees Celsius. If it does, it will deteriorate the surface quality of the material, significantly intensify the mold marks, and even cause problems such as aluminum adhesion, offset printing, micro cracks, and tearing. Then comes the issue of temperature and its control level. 
With the continuous increase in the output of industrial aluminum profiles, leading-edge technologies such as surface texturing and other advanced techniques have been widely mastered within the industry. Many new technologies are constantly emerging. New technologies like insulation profiles have also been widely applied, including wood grain transfer treatment and organic-inorganic coloring. At the same time, mechanical chemical polishing with continuous varieties, powder spraying with good environmental effects, and online quenching technology are typical representatives. Fluorocarbon spraying has effectively enhanced the technical level of energy-saving aluminum profiles. So, what are the technical acceptance standards? 
Generally speaking, industrial aluminum refers to all types of aluminum profiles except those used for building facades, indoor and outdoor decoration, and structures. Apart from large-sized profiles, most of the others are of medium and small sizes, accounting for a large proportion. Its characteristics are a wide variety of types and specifications, with small batches. Moreover, some materials for certain industries have not yet been developed, and they may have greater potential than large-sized profiles. 
Aluminum profiles are often chosen due to their excellent electrical conductivity. In the materials of door and window aluminum profiles, the ones that connect with the walls. Their main feature is that the surfaces at the connection points with the walls are mostly flat, and they are fixed to the walls and cannot be moved.
