Industrial aluminum profiles are a type of alloy material mainly composed of aluminum. By melting and extruding aluminum rods, profiles of different cross-sections can be obtained. However, by adding different proportions of alloys, the mechanical properties and application fields of the industrial aluminum profiles vary. Aluminum profiles belong to coating technology. On the basis of the conventional titanium plating process, additional pre-plating and electroplating steps are added. During the production of aluminum profiles, the activated plated parts are placed in a water solution of salt and hydrochloric acid for chemical treatment. They are usually for supporting purposes and need a certain load-bearing capacity, so the wall thickness cannot be too thin.
