In the production process of industrial aluminum profiles, there is a process called oxidation treatment. Do you know why aluminum profiles need to be oxidized? The purpose of surface treatment for aluminum profiles is to solve the problems of providing corrosion resistance and aesthetic appeal for the aluminum profiles. Before surface treatment of aluminum profiles, the aluminum material needs to be polished. Polishing can be done in three ways: chemical polishing, electro-polishing, and mechanical polishing. First, mechanical polishing is carried out, followed by chemical polishing and electro-polishing, which can achieve a smooth surface effect on the aluminum profile. After surface oxidation, it maintains smoothness and luster. 
The surface treatment process is called the alumina film, and it is referred to as "chromate conversion film for aluminum and aluminum alloys". The aluminum profiles manufactured by this method not only achieve the conductive effect but also enhance the protection ability of aluminum. It is a technology specifically developed to enhance the conductive effect and protection ability of aluminum. This method has a simple process, low processing cost, good processing performance, and has been applied in the intelligent electronic industry. 
There are various methods for oxidation. Before treating the surface of aluminum profiles, different oxidation processes should be selected according to the product requirements. In industrial manufacturing, the surface usually undergoes processes such as silver-white, sandblasting electrocoating, black oxidation, and polishing. 
Anodizing: A dense aluminum oxide film is formed on the surface of the aluminum tube, allowing it to react again with the air, thereby enhancing the protective performance of industrial aluminum profiles. At the same time, the oxide film isolates the free ions inside, preventing them from conducting electricity. 
2. Anodizing: The industrial aluminum profiles form various colors on the oxide film, meeting certain usage requirements. If used in the industrial machinery industry, industrial robots, assembly line workbenches, and equipment racks, they can be anodized to a silver-white color or sprayed with electrostatic paint color. 
Oxidation: In a narrow sense, the chemical reaction between oxygen and other elements is called oxidation and is also an important chemical unit process. Broadly speaking, oxidation refers to the process where a substance loses electrons (its oxidation number increases). 
Oxidation is called oxidation in chemistry. Currently, there are three definitions for oxidation: One is the traditional definition, which is the process of a substance combining with oxygen to form an oxide, that is, the process of being "oxidized by oxygen". After chemists discovered the activities of electrons in the atomic nuclei of elements, they believed that one definition was no longer applicable, so they proposed two and a third definitions. The two chemical definitions: Oxidation not only refers to the combination of an element or compound with oxygen, but also refers to the process of capturing electrons between two elements or compounds. The third is the chemical definition, the oxidation number of the reducing agent and the oxidizing agent changes when there is an increase or decrease. When the oxidation number of the oxidizing agent decreases and the oxidation number of the reducing agent increases, it is also called oxidation. Oxidation and reduction refer to reactants. Oxidation is also called oxidation or oxidation reaction. Oxidation is a chemical reaction, and the behavior of a substance losing electrons is called oxidation. On the contrary, the behavior of a substance gaining electrons is called reduction. Narrowly speaking, oxidation refers to the chemical reaction between oxygen and other substances' elements, combining to form an oxide. Slow oxidation is called slow oxidation, such as metal corrosion, biological respiration, etc. Intense luminous oxidation is called combustion.
