Spraying is a coating method that uses a spray gun or a disc sprayer to apply pressure or centrifugal force to disperse and apply fine water droplets evenly onto the surface of the coating. It can be divided into air spray, no-air spray, electrostatic spray and various derivative methods of these basic spray forms, such as high-capacity low-pressure spray, hot spray, automatic spray, multiple spray, etc.

This includes compressed air paint, high-pressure spray paint, electrostatic spraying, etc. The spraying operation uses flammable oil-based paint containing a large amount of solvents. What is the characteristic of spraying?
The spraying operation production efficiency is applicable to both manual and industrial automated production. The applicable scope mainly covers the coating methods commonly used in fields such as hardware, plastics, furniture, military industry, and shipbuilding. The spraying work requires a cleanroom with 100,000 to 100-level cleanliness. The spraying equipment includes spray guns, paint rooms, curing furnaces/drying ovens, equipment for transporting sprayed workpieces, mist and wastewater, exhaust treatment equipment, etc.
The main problem with spray painting is that it generates highly dispersed paint mist and volatile solvents, which pollute the environment, are harmful to human health, waste the paint and cause economic losses.
High flow, low pressure fog spray has low air pressure and low air injection speed. The low fog paint works at a faster rate, improving the reflection condition of the paint coating surface. The paint coverage rate has increased from 30% - 40% of the ordinary air spray to 65% - 85%. Use a spray gun or fog sprayer to apply paint on the leather using the seal mark.
